Zoning / Distribution: At the MWC 2019 edition Matrixx moved from Hall 7 to a much larger space in Hall 2. The integrated design vision's main objective was to create an exclusive meeting booth of 150 sqm with optimized use of space, while bringing the Matrixx brand into a new physical dimension. The main feature of the booth’s exterior is an interplay between wooden and transparent surfaces lively and sophisticatedly interweaved with slick wooden beams and effective LED stripes. This interplay continues to the interior where the wood in the lounge is complemented by green surfaces and stylish, colorful, retro 1960’ furniture. The spacious lounge was a perfect place for hosting private business encounters for as many as 20 pax in different seating options while at the same time it easily converted into a great live demo venue for presentations hosting up to 50 pax. The most intimate back corner of the lounge consists of a fancy, retro coffee bar made of wood and corten steel as well as a community table with 6 high chairs used as a bar or as a quiet work space. The booth habilitated various meeting spaces, each with specific character but all united around the idea of elegance and comfortability. A long glass facade, fully covered with vinyl printed graphics, enclosed four meeting rooms each hosting 6 to 8 pax. The main feature of the meeting rooms is an interplay of Matrixx colors: grey, blue, green and orange on floor and walls and their combination with large green surfaces and stylish 3D foam tiled graphics. Besides visual comfortability meeting rooms were also fully sound proof and technically well furnished: each of them was equipped with custom made wooden tables with electrical and USB plugs and HDMI & Apple TV connections, 50’’ screens and air-conditioning units. A big, spacious storage room also provided lots of space for wardrobe, merchandise and kitchen utilities as well as back office working facilities.
