FOKUS WIRTSCHAFT: inklusiv//innovativ is an Austria-wide event series for entrepreneurs on future oriented topics in the labor market. Public institutions, professional organizations and the private sector cooperate to show how inclusion can work sustainably and can also be economically viable.
The four-hour compact seminar includes an exhibition and half-hour long “flash workshops” for executives and will put companies in touch with all the relevant funding agencies, advisory institutions and support services that will prepare the employees of tomorrow for the labor market
today.

Objectives
- Informing entrepreneur and head of human resources about the advantages of employing people with disabilities
- Using best-practice examples to animate companies to imitate
- Involvement of the Austrian Federal Economic Chambers through a cooperation
- Presentation of the achievements of the Ministry of Social Affairs – the NEBA Network and fit2work – and also of the job center (AMS – Arbeitsmarktservice)
