Marketing consultancy
Concept development and implementation of three large events of 1500 people participants and 200 national and international media representatives each; Management of a total budget of approx. 1 million euros.
Location scouting and selection of all service providers and artists
Event screen development, event production and management of all logistic services: artistic concept; stage construction, stage management, lighting & audio design, furniture & decoration, logistics and transport management, security, branding and production of all advertising materials, VIP backstage management, management of all public licenses and assurances, flow and risk plan
Coordination of the event team consisting of 100 staff and 40 different service providers
